Th best fighters are trained in the holy halls of the Four. The Four were the heads of the council that spoke judgemant over the inhabitants of Japan once. After a horrible war, and after the tragic death of the Four, the holy halls remained to train those that would follow to probably one day avenge the past tragedies.
